

From the designs of case study, totalitarian multiple situation one has been used. In research, case study model has been used. The children's drwawing work, reveal to responsible parts who are in charge of cultivating that awareness and insight earning is evidence to childen are not tabula rasa from birth and supported by Jung Thesis. The objective of this research is discovering girls' leadership archetypes via pictures and helping families who are responsible for school environment, school administration and teachers in deepening the perception related to hidden powers which recover by itself and is infinite. In this research, girls of 5-6 age and their leadership archetypes brought upfront by mental heritage reflecting via pictures they drew in an structured environment has been inspected by a scientific board.
